The Residence is family run business with Head Manager Ms. Nastja, (MA European Political and Administrative Studies), who is responsible for public communication, management, social media, brand, general business development and many other relevant tasks.

House is sustainable architecturally designed, with wooden/glass facade on one side of the building, using sun collectors and floor heating for smart living. There is an elevator in the building. At the backyard is a garden with chill out corner and a terrace. There is as well free parking lot at the back of the building. Private WI-FI network.

Vineyards at Meljski hrib/hill, (popular wine route), where you can see panorama of the whole Maribor. Meljski hill offers a variety of sports activities like: horse-riding, sport-fishing, tennis. There are long bicycle and running tracks around Drava river.
In our neighborhood is a Melje dam on a river Drava with small power plant, which you can reach through new 210m long "gallery" road with cycle and pedestrian paths. You can find also old barrack, which ceased to exist with dismantllement of Yugoslavia and is today offering a space to numerous enterprises. In our vicinity you can find a historical memorial in memory of the Allied Russian soldier prisoners of World War II. A bit of history: Quartier Melje was during the world wars an important center of textile industry (PIK factory of textile), but is nowadays developed urban area with unique historical bourgeois villas worth seeing. |
